can I have just a logo?

At Brockman Media, we recognise that a logo by itself is not a brand. Because of this, we will provide you with a full logo suite and colour palette as the minimum, ensuring that you have a strong base to build your brand upon.

how do you price your packages?

Our packages are priced based on the specific needs, scope and complexity of your project. Factors such as what industry you are in may also play a significant role in determining the package price as some industries will require more research. For these reasons, we take the time to understand your business thoroughly to ensure we provide a fair quote that reflects our core mission of providing professional and affordable creative services.

how can I edit my social media templates?

We may design elements of your social media templates in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. But don’t worry if you do not hold an Adobe subscription as we translate our designs into Canva. With Canva, you will be able to reuse the templates and potentially adapt them if needed. We are very careful to make sure that all relevant elements are editable and customisable. Translating our work into Canva ensures that you have all the benefits of professionally designed templates, but with easy access and an easy user experience.

what file types will you send me?

This depends on what the file is. In general, we will send your logo files in PNG and SVG. However, if there is a specific format you need, just ask us and we will do our best to help! With all of our projects, there will be a document that clearly explains the files you have received to eliminate confusion. But if you have any questions, or if any further clarification is needed, we will not hesitate to help.

what tools do you use?

We use a combination of Photoshop, Illustrator and Canva when working on projects for our clients. With our experience, we use the Adobe Creative Suite fluently and with accuracy. However, we understand that not everyone has access to the Adobe Creative Suite, this is why we translate any necessary documents or templates into Canva, allowing our clients to easily access, edit and use them.

why do you require 50% upfront?

To commence the project, we kindly request an upfront payment of 50%. This measure is implemented for the mutual security of both parties, signifying a shared commitment to the project's success. You can be assured that your project is in motion and is in safe hands as we work hard to deliver your perfect logo and branding. The remaining balance of the invoice will be due once your project has been completed and you are happy with it.
